Cheers Tim, but I've got to get my bike up there. I have a sneaking suspicion the alternator nut is coming loose (serious vibration through the pegs), but I may have to shelve getting it sorted depending on what time I get there.

Cheers guys, but finally I have to take my car as I will pick up Johan at Coventry.

I still "can't afford" to go there on my own (I don't have money on my bank accounts, only debts), but there is no other solution. Ali's leaving too early as well. I appreciate your help guys, really.

And there's no way I miss Donington...
