Cush drive bushes on 97 748

I have one on the cush drive bushes that has worked itself away from the rubber and is causing loads of ally flakes to cover my back wheel, has anyone ever attempted to fit new ones themselves? If so, fancy telling me how hard it is and giving me a blow by blow how to?

Cheers

If you can get the sprocket off its fairly straightforward but your main concern right now is where the ally is being worn away by the bush it ain't good!!

hopefully you've spotted it in time before real damage is done !!!!
