Doesn't sound like JHP's usual service from what I've heard...

I popped into JHP this week and from what the sales guy was saying they have had a few mechanics and the workshop manager leave recently, so maybe its just teething problems with new staff??

they are a big dealer so i doubt it was mr hackett himself who does service work! nice to think it was though! so its all down to acutally has the spanners in his hand, and i doubt if you even get to meet him???

they certainly seem very good but everyone makes mistakes i guess, proof of customer service will be how quickly and with how little fuss they sort it out!

good luck.

Whilst you may not be happy, that's about the best thing you could do to ensure it doesn't happen for anyone else.

Don't forget to update the dealer satisfaction list on this site.

On the home page select the "Membership" link
In the next page select the drop down list and select dealer ratings.
I think there's a minimum number of votes before you can see further details.
