It's almost a certainty it will appear at the Milan show and reading throught the posts on the Italian freezone forum the specs are set quite high hence the price which is likely to hit the £10,000 mark. There is more speculation on this than fact but pitched at that asking price it ought to be a very sought bike indeed. I should know as I am sorely tempted to trade in my 999S for one. Anyone interested in a fastidiously kept example.
Nattyboy, I think Im due the change too. Spent seven years riding full on sportsbikes and I am quietly excited at the prospect of a new era in my two wheeled exploits.

Dont reckon I will get hold of one before the UKMOC weekender but reckon the first few will filter into the UK come April which might be in time. Still gotta sell my current beast first. Just torn between the white or the red one. Guess we will all see the official pics on Tuesday when its unveiled in Milan. The cloak and dagger response from the dealers I have spoken to about it does amuse me. Total denial of its existence was the line they were towing. No surprise there then!
