Red Racing Parts sell the Ferracci flywheels - I like mine alot and as they are manufactured in the US, they are probably more reliable than the DP ones as they'd want to avoid compensation claims.

Although they didn't have them on Ebay at the time, I purchased on-line from their website. It was sent COD via UPS and payment had to be in Euros.
Service was excellent as was the quallity of the part

Out of interest, what sort of flywheel does the a 2000 model 996sps use?
