Any chance you can expand your website side? You seem to have done a few. Maybe you need a few local ads etc....

I'd love to do that, but I'm not confident that I could rely on it for an income to be honest.

However, at least if I'm working 40 hours a week instead of 60 or 70, I should have plenty of time and energy to develop that side of things.
