I'll second that, a nice quaffing wine indeed.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year big guy and let's hope we can get this DSC trip to the Ring organised. In any case I'm interested in coming on one of your trips in Mayish time next year

The Wolf Blass yellow label Cab Sauv would have to be one of my favourite Aussie wines! Was it the Cab Sauv you tried?

Sheesh ... where's your taste man!

I do like Amerone though ... bit expensive for your evening quaff with a bit of pasta though!

If you like white wine then you can't go far past Cloudy Bay and Oyster Bay, both New Zealand wines. The kiwi's make very nice white wines I reckon

I have sampled extensively

Happy xmas Mav!!!

I recon the trick with that yellow label is to let it breath for a couple of hours if poss before drinking............if there happens to be a bit left for the following day it tastes superb. Mind you if you cant wait once the corks removed it still aint too bad then............
