It'd just been done and had a brand new cambelt! First thought was 'oh no, dodgy cambelt, must have snapped', but it's in one piece. From what people are saying, the cranks gone. Not sure how you service one of those

Nows a good time to buy. I've just swamped my 03/52 tranny for a new 06/55. Brand new and cheap has chips at £9799. comes with electric pack and 2 litre, 85psi engine. I wouldn't bother with the Merc sprinter, too poor fuel consumption unless you run it on chip fat
