Things you\'ve done to your missus\' bike.....

My girlfriend used to have a CB200 which we called Trundleweed. Trundleweed never really got it going above 70mph. Now at the time I worked in a lab and had unlimited amounts of methanol available. So when she lent me her bike one week (my then Triumph was undergoing some TLC), I decided to mix methanol and 5 star half and half. The result was excellent - TW could now go in excess of 80-85. However, it did highlight a new problem that TWs handling wasn't up to these new forces being unleashed and there a few nasty moments as the crash bars pogo'd on the tarmac.

Needless to say the extra go of Trundleweed got commented on by girlfriend because of course I kept up the new formula. She was not amused as she claimed some one had been folowing her bike and commented on the sheet flame coming from the twin exhausts....... happy days....
