So what's the point of this? These comments serve no useful purpose in this literal context!
The key is observation and the advert is pushing home the point ... quite succesfully in my view ... shock tactics often work.
The advert, looking at its core message, does not try to warn motorcyclists of the dangers of inappropriate speed, dark clothing or road positioning. However, most intelligent motorcyclist's will subliminally pick up these messages
Anything that makes motorists think/look twice for bikes has to do just that ... including looking out for motorcyclists who are riding at an inappropriate speed, wear dark clothing or exercise poor road positioning.
Perhaps the advert makers were advised by bikers who suggested that many motorcyclists ride at an inappropriate speed, wear dark clothing or exercise poor road positioning.
Or maybe I'm reading too much into an excellent advert
