Where do i stand ?

I recently won an ebay auction as mentioned here http://www.ducatisportingclub.com/xm....php?tid=31593

After spending the day running around sorting out transfering the money to the UK for my bro to go get the bike with i get a phone call from the seller saying basicaly, "realy sorry something came up today and the bike is no longer for sale !!!"

Do i have any legal standing on this sale, has anyone had a similar experiance ??

At this stage i have now lost money on exchange rates by sending the money over to the UK... i am pleased i went with my instinct and did not make payment through paypal at the end of the auction.

Mmm, I've just looked at the pics of the bike and I dunno if anyone can confirm, but I thought SP's and SPS's had front discs with triangular holes in them.....That bike hasn't......
