Tyre Sizes and Gearing

I need someone with some Brains on this one.
Im building a special (Sorry not a Ducati )

The area that concerns me is how ive effected the overall gearing of my engine/bike.

i have now changed wheels to 17inch from 18 and have larger front and rear tyres. can someone advice or work out for me what sprocket sizes i need to have the new set up roughly the same as the original gearing.

I know im asking a lot but know there are lots of racers who look at the DSC site so hoping one will advice me
