Behave boys

Well the evening ended with a bang - of my head
I slipped on some spilt Vimto ! Banged my head on the tiled step and woke up strapped to a spinal board in a CT Scanner at the local A and E

Upshot is - well I have a brain apparently and concussion and a mahoooosive lump on the back of my head and a big bruise on my right arm, sticky adhesive still stuck to my head and holes in my arm.

Fraid my helmet isn't going anywhere near my head for a while either.

Other than that they all had a great night
