Moto Uno are in the next village to me. I looked at a VFR800 of his last year and after inspecting the bike didn't buy it as the head races were notchy and needed replacement, something he knew about but I had to find out for myself. The advert also said full service history but on inspection that was not the case. He didn't inspire my trust.

Just a small point but this guy has NEVER worked for Moto Rapido.

There may be some crossed wires there somewhere, or you're being lied to.

I've been forming a silly (but cunning) plan with the aim of acquiring a 998R, and the one at Moto Uno looks stunning (but at top money).

I saw the ad before reading this thread, and its put me off somewhat, but I might still go and see the bike.

Does anyone else have any experience with them?
