Don't know who these BBC weather forecasters are. Forecast for Kent is sunny and warm, as is the forecast for Hemel, but it's grey and overcast here and feels very damp. How's it looking down in Kent?

The rain won't deter me though, just wish I'd stuck to my 'double if it rains' sponsorship plans. I gave that up when people started being so generous that it didn't seem right to try to build in a 100% uplift for bad weather See y'all at the track.

Any idea of the timescale for tonight? I'd like to be at the track in time to watch all sessions and I'm thinking about leaving from Leazerhead at 4pm (junction 25). Should be at the track around 4.45 I guess.

Signing on between 4.15 and 5, briefing at 5 sharp and the track opens at 5.30, Tonio, according to FE's paparwork.

Was definitely a bit dodgy this morning, but it is now just slightly overcast with light clouds and the sun breaking through.....fingers crossed!
