would be more logical if carparks were structured like Silverstone

maybe.....some sort of surfacing ? perhaps access lanes ?

not just open muddy field mayhem, free for all with 1 exit lane
that has & will, never work

rant over

you'll probably find as that green belt land they aren't able to tarmac it over, the impact on the community of Brands growing success is already raising eyebrows and a potential noise restriction after 6pm may be introduced next year which may have a huge impact on track evenings ....

For what it's worth - Silverstone was total chaos 2 weeks ago - they got loads more cars than they expected and kept sending them into car parks that were already full - result was people abandoning cars anywhere they could and blocking the whole place up.. and that's all been paid for with F1 money

Everywhere is chaos when a large crowd all tries to leave at the same time

I had no problems then....and my car was still relatively clean when I left - unlike the mudbath

Your poll is lacking in a - Cant see a problem with it, considering the conditions imposed by Telly schedules it was pretty good, option.

The podium stuff was finishing as I walked past.

Five minutes queue at the riders for health bus for my helmet.

Five minutes walk to the bike.

Out of the field before the 996 overheated, that'll be no more than another five minutes.

Filter through the traffic, filter round M25

Stop at shop buy supper and todays lunch.

Back home with beer in front of telly by 8.00pm

Cant see a problem at all.

Nice JP
