Well coming from one who has tested bikes Crust, I would tend to agree with you, since you have first hand experience of the lengths bike manufacturers go to inorder to fool our image hungry minds. In spite of this and in the meantime, we can but speculate which is about the only thing available at present. Apparently the bike is being tested at Nardo ring in Italy this week, so maybe some enterprising soul will find a camera with a resolution better than a box brownie this time and loose off a few shots. Then again!

I know in the car industry they are often in cahoots with the press who get the 'scoop' and in return they get publicity.

There is probably a lot of truth in that Herb. Only thing that really annoys me is that these images will end up in MCN and they willl take all the credit for them as their own "scoop", since they are so far behind the ball game. Makes you wonder if they ever read these forums. Most of what they print is utter tripe anyway. Even their photoshop lash ups are refuted by Ducati as mere fantasy. They fail to understand that most people who keep their nose to the ground actually know better, which simply makes them appear even more idiotic than they already are.

I'm quite prepared to be patient.

We'll see it all in detail at the Milan show in a few weeks. No need to peer at fuzzy spy shots, no need for any conjecture.
