i think some people find it very hard to accept that others can have a differnt opinion
why they then feel the need to p1$$ over other peoples hard earned dreams
is quite beyond me
maybe it's a lack of cuddles at home??

Can I have it in beige?

It certainly makes the Desmosedici RR look amazing, perhaps that's the idea. P.s. I'm hugging the toaster.

dunno Gazzi

I loved the cast one on the 749/999, but then I just love the whole idea of castings, beautiful way of manufacturing

well the 1098 has a die cast swing arm..............so much more refined than these extruded/welded jobs...but seriously this bike would be too much for me, am not a good enough rider

they sure Did,,

In the showrooms in "a couple of weeks "

1098 = £12,000

1098S = £14,000

"Keep it real"

I have actually rode a bike with 176 BHP and You cant keep the furkin thing pointing in a str8 line!!!!
and when you do it just leaves long black lines down the middle of the road!!!

really enjoyable to ride on the road, My ar55e!

"power is nothing without control" hope the new Duke puts it all down on the tarmac propper! cause if it dont your gonna be on ya ass!!

ps my missus looks like kate Moss when I'm pi55ed and squinting !!
The 916 is iconic and will never be replaced
Like the 92 Fireblade it was a bench mark !

cant be replaced and never will look as good , thats what has made it what it is !!

Only just a Monster owner but aint the bike just a 999 with a single sider and a different fairing Ducati have totally lost their way on this, as one who has always dreamt of owning a 999 but due to physical limitations has not been able to have one I feel that the forward thinking of the 999 has been destroyed by the die in the wood 916 brigade who would still have us wearing flares and afro hair styles. Obviously going to be one hell of a bike but definately a retrograde step in my opinion.
