I've been back in the pool just a week now, as my shoulder was worse than first thought from my off at Cadders... Its our manic season with swimming now until March so it gonna be a hard slog to get fit again.

As for the bike, just finished fitting a super-charger............oops, did I say that out loud??

583's nearly ready for its makeover and the 620 is still in 4-boxes...

I should be concentrating on building up a race fund, but i'm spending it as fast as I can earn it at the moment but at least the garage is water tight again

The opposite< I got rid of the in garage swiming pool, as Andy 900SS knows where I live I was worried he would be around using it for training all the time

Trouble with that method Eric is its not cost effective, the harder you train the more costly it gets
