Reverse rearsets, race pattern.

I'm looking at some "reverse rearsets" on sale in the USA . How easy is it to adapt to this pattern on a road bike ?. The £ against the $ at the MO make these attractive.

It's better to go with rearsets that have the gear/brake levers facing forwards.....

I changed to a race pattern gear change, when I fitted DP rear sets, on the advice of a dealer and now prefer it to the normal 1 down umpteen up.

It takes a bit of getting used to but makes more sense when riding!

A slipper clutch would help if you have a bad memory!

It took me one session on a track day to get used to reverse pattern shift - it just seems to make more sense.
