Phone rings, I answer, " Hello Mr Pullen, this is Ian from BT, I hope you are feeling fine" Yes thank you. "Just to let you know Mr Pullen all our call's are recorded for your convenience" Ok " As you are a loyal BT customer Mr Pullen,  you have been selected to recieve our award winning broadband at a massivley reduced rate, How does that sound Mr Pullen."How much?? "Only £12.97 a month for a year" I am paying less than that "Oh, how much????" £12.87 a month from Orange, and that is perminant  "So you will not be wanting our award winning broadband then Mr Pullen" No thank you, good day  Chris  Last edited by chris.p : 26-Jun-2009 at 17:47. | |
