Hi, I'm Mark.  I live in Germany and am in the Army.  I recently got an offer for a rather tired 996 in need of some TLC with 22k on it. Got it for a good price but haven't picked it up yet, cant wait!
  I have owned 5 GSXR 1000s and 2 SP1s in the past so am no stranger to twins, although this one is going to be a fair bit slower than my last GSXR!  But then these have so much soul i am quite happy.   
 I will be doing the belts and service myself and have already bought them and the FACOM tool.  Assume i aqm right that the no4 button is the one required? 
 Look forward to using the site and maybe making a few rideouts when i get back from Germany!
