I'd have to agree Paul. I mean 6000 miles !! No way! Hence my question if they use Snap-on tools themselves.

Paul , as odd as it sound when they rang me to tell me about it ,the first thing he asked was did i use SnapOn tools ,not being an owner of this brand I said no,i got the impression they didnt either. The most work on the bike that I would do normally is Oil changes.First of all they thought about photographing it to show me where it lay, they were very seriously concerned about it and wondered if I had not heard or felt any thing untoward when riding the bike. I think them to be more proffesional to go down the wind up road. The belts were changed about 3000 miles ago .4D

That would be Ian then (Keith Heuwens old team mate), he does have some bad luck, only last week he phoned to ask me to keep a eye out for a CRF450, Husky 610 and the Snap-on tools that were stolen from his garage, after some scum remover the roof tiles disabled the alarm blacked out the windows and greased the garage door runners.
Shall I inform him we may have found one of the Snap-on sockets
