Idle / tickover problem

Think I have got to the bottom of why the bike would not idle properly, I took the carbs off and thought I should check the pilot jet. One has a spring and a tiny 'O' ring, the other has bugger all, just the needle itself.
So two questions; Will I have to order through Ducati dealer (hope I can get one in time for Cadwell)? The second question is when I have got all the bits, does anyone know how many turns out of the pilot jet I should try to start with?

3 full turns out. Be ok for Cadwell anyway as the throttle is pinned.

Mark I may still have a set of scrap carbs that could well have a idle mixture screw in them, I know Jimbers needed a few parts off them at Donington a few years ago. I'll have a look over the weekend

Just found the carbs that Jimbers had the fuel T-piece from
Both Pilot mixture screws are like new as are the springs, but no O-rings, not sure what happened to them.

If anybody ever needs an air cut off valve these will probably do the job
