Guanabatz at Adam & Eves Leeds, Autumn of '86 closely followed by King Kurt (bring yer mac folks!!!) at the same venue. Got brain damage from bouncing around in the back on my bro's Moggy Minor Van on the way there and back.

The Stones were surprisingly good at Wembley stadium in 1999

'Part from that lived a fairly sheltered live-gig life....

live gigs

For me it has to be Thin Lizzy in Brighton in 79 followed by the Chilis at the Docklands Arena last year.
Worst was the Stranglers again at Brighton the support band was the most dire experience ive ever had and the stranglers came on totaly blotto they forgot most of the words and got boo,d off with a large barrage of beer cans.
