Ebay help please

Been looking at a 996r on ebay, have emailed the vendor (stuart clarke in gloucestershire) but no reply.

Does anyone know this bike?

Also if you bid and buy on ebay and the bike is not upto scratch how do you stand pulling out?

Thanks in advance.

In theory if you bid and win, you have entered a legal contract to buy the bike. Thats assuming that the bike is as described.

If you bid and then withdraw the bid, one of the reasons you can choose is that you tried to contact the vendor and he failed to contact you.

His feedback is 100% so he should get back to you I reckon.
