Just back from Jools' world tour...Well a week and a half in Stutgart followed by a week in Chicago anyway, all on business.

So my world has been condensed into cycle of airport, plane, taxi, hotel, taxi, meeting room, taxi, hotel, taxi, airport, plane....and no time to catch up with what's been going on at the dear old DSC. Lot's of catching up to do.

The good news for me is that I just got a small bonus, not much, but something I hadn't planned on and money that's not already earmarked. So at last, after a six week layoff from riding (during which I have suffered severe withdrawal symptoms and Mrs Jools has suffered severe grumpiness as a result), I've finally got the readies together to get some of the things I must have to get riding again (legal and safe tyres) and some of the nice to haves (like a resprayed fairing)....

At last, I can get to work on getting mobile again....let the fettling commence
