The form I have seen specifically mentions R Models. Are you sure there isn't another form for R models? 749/999 std models are belts @ 12k/2 years.
Maybe things have changed since the the days of the 748/996/998r but seeing as I saw the form for my 998r and that has the same motor as a 2003 999r I doubt it.
I was just as disbelieving originally and its was only when the job card got checked that someone with eagle eyes at the dealer noticed the difference between the job card and the Ducati schedule.
