| BT!!!!! Of all the other things to worry about when you move a business into new premises, i am being screwed by BT!! It took 4 weeks just to get a line in after sending engineers to phantom addresses,connecting me to the wrong exchange etc... now on top of that, my business broadband wont connect after 10 days of attempting!! Every time i call, i speak to a different 'untrained monkey' and have received absolutely no help whatsoever!! (is it plugged in sir? and have you installed the software? is all i am ever asked!!!) On top of that, decided to cut my losses and move to a more reliable source and now im being told they cant connect me because BT have an adsl hold on that line!!   |
