| Thanks guys/gals... You're all right and I "think" I do too, but trying to ignore what happened is the hard part, I did mention to Lily tonight that I should either find some good base settings from someone who has done the work already with their suspension and/or get someone to help me out. The trackday on Saturday is with Tracktime promotions (little Hitler  ), just had a look at their website and there is no mention of a suspension guy, so can only assume there won't be.KAIS and MAXTON are within 30 mins of me so there's a good start I guess, does anyone else know anyone (preferably local to me) who's a set-up whizz?
