| Dealership Experiences
I'm just wondering what the general level of courtesy people recieve from their Ducati dealership is, things like how often and how long does your bike need to be in the workshop before courtesy bike is offered, does the dealer collect and/or drop off your machine to make your life easier??
Mentioning no dealer in particular, I'm just a bit disappointed in the level of service fom mine on 2 occasions now and need to understand if it's my expectations that are too high or the service i recieve not up to scratch.
