...and 1998 & 2000 he was runner up. (almost won the 500 title in 2000 too)

Rossi has won 51 of 93 races since he moved up from 250cc in 2000.

I think it was mentioned at the end of todays race that Rossi has had 113 podiums out of 153 starts - That's incredible!!
