The cylinders aren't model specific.
There are two bore options though. 16mm for single disc and 19mm for twin discs.
The ratios are x16, x18 and x20. They affect lever travel and feel. 16 gives the most travel and feel where the 20 is like an on/off switch.
The 19 x 18 is the most popular.

It's not usually necessary to swap the lines, but you will need a brake switch/banjo bolt as the cylinder doesn't have the facility for it's own switch to be mounted.
