There was a very similar thread on this subject in the last 4 weeks if you do a search.

Heated inner gloves are more effective than heated grips, but more ag with the wireing when getting on and off the bike.

I use a heated waistcoat, which keeps the body core warm, and the blood pumped to fingers and toes stays warmer, it really works. Then use silk inner gloves inside Hein gericke Pathan gloves (the 2 fingered lobster claw type gove, and handguards keep a lot of the cold air of hands. Works for me.
