| Help ! Its not the Fork oil its the Forks ! Here I am stripping out my forks to get tonio going for cadwell and I find one leg has no damping - so strip down, new seal, all looks ok, and so I go to fill it up ... ah wait a minute ... got none of this modern runny fork oil  My old stuff runs on 20 and 30 weight  I have a bit of 10, but not even enough for one leg So - any recommendations before I raid the shops tomorrow or do I stick with what the book says - 380cc of 7.5 ?
