| DSC Club Member BSB Star  Posts: 6,367 Join Date: Jan 2003 Location: the garage Mood: www.knightroadraceteam.co.uk Alan this is a 92 registered 851 so its one of the last. all I was looking for was ideas of the race rep colours or paintowork that these bikes had as i dont like std looking bikes. i dont want to ruin it by modifying the bike but i do like something unusual and so dont want just another red bike in the garage.you have seen my monster and the race bikes?  i really dont know that much about these as have only had aircooled or ridden mates 9**s so any links would be great and info about engines. are they similar to 916? I will be stripping the engine down as it is very high mileage and leaking at base gasket but still has mot till june what is the difference in the specs for these bikes etc? thanks for anything you can help on alan | |
