| Attention - for those doing trackday at CC!
Have just had call from AK - Bones & Rattlers bike failed the noise tests, which are MORE stringent this year than before.
Tested now to 8000 rpm (when max running is approx 9000), both bikes were 106db.
Luckily AK sorted both bikes out to attain the correct reading for sound, and they are out on track.
So - take those nasty DB killers/airbox filters/end baffles if you have them, if you are going for a trackday. They are 'wising up' so they told AK when he asked, and will be making spot checks whilst bikes are on track all day........ |
