im sure poeple have lots of views on these but is one better than another would some fine mesh over the trumpets be ok/best?? (on racer told me he found his bike ran better that way) only reason i ask is my bike came fitted with a jhp filter that fits over the trumpets, i was fitting a cf airbox yesterday and on stripping my old airbox out i found the filter wasnt on the front trumpet correct which was doing two things smothering the trumpet but also letting **** straight into the throttle body at times, found flies in it and also some nice oil residue thats been coughed up by the motor. |
