First track day I ever did was at Brands on a Firestorm, and the abiding memory I have is that it was like a blind man riding a cart-horse round the Grand National track ...no offence meant to Firestorms, I hasten to add, it was purely my lack of ability that made it a deeply scary experience...getting back to the original thread, I'll book this if I can swing a "working from home" day.
