| Conveyance – anyone used an online service?
May be looking for a solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of a house. The solicitor that the building society has recommended wants almost a £1,000 in fees plus all the disbursements.
Looking on the net there are solicitors offering a similar services for around £500.
So, any recommendations for a cost effective conveyance ? Any legal eagles on here fancy doing the work for less than a £1,000 plus disbursements. I’d rather agree a deal and spend the money with a fellow Ducati owner. |
