750ss ie parts on a 583

Morning!

A colleague at work has a crash damaged 2002 750ss ie that he's about to start breaking and selling individual parts. I've been given first refusal on anything I may like. I've already nabbed his Sargent seat for my 900ss ie several months ago, but I was wondering if there were any good bits from a 750ss ie that would improve my 583 race bike.

Been reading Dom's other thread about forks and suspension. So, the first thing I'll try for is the rear shock off the 750ss ie. It's just a standard Sachs jobbie though.

The bike has high level DP Titanium cans. Will one of these easily fit on my 583? I'm guessing probably not........

It's the front end of the bike that's badly damaged, so unfortunately I'd be a little reluctant to take anything to do with forks, clip-ons or brake disks. Although I guess a second Brembo front caliper would be useful if I wanted to convert the 583 to a twin disk setup.

Anything else worth considering?
