did you read the voucher terms before placing the order ??
it's standard practice in such vouchers to state you can't take advantage of multiple offers / vouchers on a single order.
I doubt you have a leg to stand on on this one, as that email will have through Sainsburys legal ... you tried something that you knew was a loophole and they've closed it.
