Me too...Got a Garmin Street Pilot for Mrs Jools about 6 years ago when they were 'new' technology and cost a feckin fortune. She got lost with it as well. According to the kids who were in their late teens at the time she got lost because she argued with it all the time and when it said "In 200 yards, turn left" she would answer it back and say "I'm not going down there you stupid thing...". Once she'd ignored what it was telling her to do, the Sat Nav would chirp up and say "Off route...recalculating" at which point she'd shout at it and switch it off.
