| souds like a wire from the alarm has somehow shorted out whilst doing the gauge work, could an alarm circuit wire have touched earth ? if so then something, maybe a relay, has "blown up" in the alarm control box. with the alarm "dead" it would not make the circuit to the solenoid resulting in the bike not starting. check the power 12v to the alarm box is ok, try unplugging the multiplug to the box then replugging it, this might reset the alarm...... |
