| If I remember right one of the relays under the seat runs the fuel pump whilst the other runs the igniition side. Might be worth swapping relays around to confirm that these are OK ie do you then get sparks but no fuel pump.
Does the fuel pump run when turning ignition on? If so, then the ECU must be powering up OK and kill switch circuit is OK. Have you lost sparks to both cylinders? There are two independent ignition circuits so if sparks to both cylinders are down it is most likely to be an ignition sensor/wiring/ECU problem.
