| Silverstone today - F1 test day. I managed to get up to Silverstone today to watch some F1 action at the F1 test day. Bugga me those cars are quick!!! Its not so much the acceleration and top speed, but more so the braking and how quickly they lose speed!!! The noise is also fabulous. The weather was wet in places, but their corner speed was phenominal. I was lucky enough to be on a corporate jolly, but as they are testing for 2 more days, get up there if you can. There were a lot of people spectating which surprised me, but with the sun due to shine tomorrow - you could even get a tan! Tim   |
