If you have got any of the stud showing, then a stud extractor and a lot of heat prior to trying to turn it may work.

Safest bet is remove barrel/head (2/4 stroke option) and give to an engineering shop. They will remove on a mill, using an end mill that wont wander like a normal drill.

Bad news is if you use an Eziout and it snaps of (the small ones are very brittle) then the only way to get it out is with spark erosion.

I learn't these lessons the hard way!
