AK has done it for his Monster, as has Simon with his S4. Depending where you are, Viv at V-Tech is practised at doing this.. (Berks).

Makes a difference as to what year bike, as the early bikes (with loop arm suspension) need a lot more mods to frame than the later ones.
The back of the engine requires machining because the bearings on a single sider are in the arm, not in the engine.
Also, you have to put an extension on the frame to support the outer part of the swinging arm.

Not to be attempted on your own, unless you have machining knowledge - As Nelly says, it aint easy.
