Ok it's solved.

I adjusted the adjuster (doh :P) and i can lock it ti the right now.
Thanks to everyone for the hel and suggestions. Especially to mighty shazzam

Now nathanhu.... is it possible for you to post a pic of those coils, 04 and 05 versions please?

Hmmm....... maybe we should call your dealer and tell him to hold the bike there for a few weeks j/k

Are you getting it new or do you have it alrayd and are waiting for it to come from service or repair?

btw... i just checked the 04 999R parts catalogue and the coils seem the same and have the same reference number
