Oh, in that case get a hundred beers into you and chill out all weekend.

Dr TP prescribes plenty of watching of the BSB and MotoGP qualifying and racing. Now that's an order!

Sounds like a Plan

Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad that you got checked out properly.
When you draw that diagram for the insurance company you might want make it clearer that you were in the middle of the lane, not passing the car that was turning right..

I was taught (years ago!) that in a car when turning right at a crossroads you should always go off-side to off-side to avoid just this type of accident.

See rule 157 here : Highway code

Nasty. Hope you're feeling better soon (but you must get medical attention - just in case AND for your personal injury insurance claim)

I bet the car turning right on your side of the road flashed the 206 to go ahead without giving it a thought.

Jeez mate, hope your OK.

Glad you got a witness or two, not always forth coming in accidents so check if the law have the witness details and ask for copies of the statements, make some interesting reading as their will be three different stories from three different people

Same here Henry but if you read the latest printed version of the code it appears to suggest that passing infront is now acceptable. If i try and pass behind i get some serious dirty looks from the other drivers!
